Before becoming a part of TIAA as President and CEO in 2008, Roger worked at Swiss Re heading its Financial Services division. He also became company’s Executive Committee member. His journey lasted there from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2006, he worked with Federal Reserve System as Vice Chairman of Board of Governors. His career at Federal Reserve System began in 1997 as Member. From 1984 to 1997, he was with McKinsey & Company. He joined the company at Associate level and grew into the position of Partner.
