Abhiraj (age 35) with one of his Co-founders of UrbanClap Varun Khaitan first attempted building a movie streaming app Cinemabox for long-distance planes, trains, and buses. They spent nearly Rs 10 to 12 lakh in their business. But, after some time, the duo realized that the need for such solution wasn’t high and also that it had a very small market size. Hence, they decided to pull the plug and to move on to their new idea.
In his free time, Abhiraj likes to run marathons. Scuba diving in the Andamans or sky-diving in Spain are his other passionate pursuits. Apart from that, Abhiraj also enjoys whipping up his wife Urvi’s preferred recipes. He was born in 1986.
