Greg Moran founded his Bangalore-based self-driving car rental platform Zoomcar with David Back in 2012. As of 2021, Zoomcar’s valuation could be estimated to be more than 100 million USD. Assuming Moran holds 5-10% stake in the company, his net worth could be estimated at 5 to 10 million USD. Moran is planning to double company’s market value to 203 million USD by next year.

One of the Co-Founders of Zoomcar, Greg worked at FloDesign Wind Turbine as Summer Associate at its Business Development division from June 2012 to August 2012. Prior to that, he founded USC energy club as an MBA candidate at USC Marshall School of Business between July 2011 and May 2012. Before that, he worked as Project Finance Consultant at Greg Moran Consulting from April 2011 to May 2012. From April 2010 to April 2011, he was with International Power America, Inc. as Financial Analyst and from August 2007 to April 2010, he served Fieldstone Private Capital Group Ltd as Sr Analyst. He began his career at Cerberus Capital Management as Summer Associate from July 2006 to August 2006.
