Presently holding the position of CEO at Tinder Inc., Elie played a critical role in revitalizing OkCupid (another dating website owned by Match Group) as its CEO from May 2016 to January 2018. Prior to that, he was Chief Revenue Officer at BorrowersFirst.Inc from August 2015 to April 2016. Between October 2014 and July 2015, he worked as President in a fintech startup BillMo. Other than that, he served as Advisor at General Atlantic for 7 months in 2014 and a Venture Partner at Lime Rock Partners in 2006 to 2007.

On a side note, Elie Seidman was a CEO and Co-founder of a hotel research website Oyster.com from November 2007 to October 2013. Another company that he founded and led from the front was Epana (a phone card and money remittance company).
