Prior to that, in 2002, she became Chief Human Resources Officer. For less than one year in 2002, she played the role of Corporate Claims Process Manager. From 1999 to 2000, she served the company as Corporate Claims Consultant. From 1998 to 1999, she was Head of Claims and Regional Sales Manager for Western Pennsylvania. Her journey with the company started in 1988 as Claims Representative. Until 1998, she performed the roles of Supervisor, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Senior Claims Auditor.
