Before becoming CEO and Board of Director in 2009 of the mutual insurance company, Steve looked after Property and Casualty Insurance division of Nationwide as President and COO from 2003-2009. Prior to that, he served Allied Insurance and the affiliated firm CalFarm Insurance as President and COO. His journey with Allied began in 1974.
