Before that, he headed the International Division of the company from 2009 to 2013, focusing on the performance of the market in the US, the UK, Canada and China. On August 4, 2005, he was made the President and CEO of Sam’s Club, a wholesale store unit of the company. Prior to that, he did a buyer-training program with Walmart and functioned as a buyer and a merchandiser in various roles.
