Prior to becoming CEO in 2016, Ed served Delta Airlines as President since 2007. In late 2004, he rejoined the airline company as CFO. He left the airline carrier in early 2004 to work with Acuity Brands as SVP and CFO. In 2000, he served the airline company as SVP. His career started with Delta back in 1998 as VP of Finance and Controller.
Before he joined Delta, he worked with both Frito-Lay International and Pepsi-Cola International as VP. His first job was at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as Intern in 1979. After 10 years, he became Audit Partner with PwC.
